Malta Exceptional Investor Naturalization (MEIN)
The Maltese Exceptional Investor Naturalization (MEIN) programme provides investors and their families the ability to gain Maltese citizenship after 12 or 36 months. Successful applicants gain the rights and freedom to live, work or study in Malta and/or any other European Union member state.

Qualification Requirements
- Exceptional Direct Investment Contribution- 36 months residency option- €600,000
Or - Exceptional Direct Investment Contribution- 12 months residency option- €750,000
- Invest in property valued to at least €700,000 for at least 5 years
Or - Establish a rental contract for at least €16,000 pa for at least 5 years
- Make a donatation to a registered and approved orgainsation or society- €10,000
- Pass a 'fit and proper' test
- Have worldwide medical insurance
