The Programme
Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme was launched in 2015 and is is the newest in the Caribbean The purpose of the Programme is to encourage direct foreign investment into the country. The Citizenship by Investment Unit is the authority responsible for all matters relating to the Programme.

Qualification Requirements
- Available for non EU citizens
- Minimum Government donation of USD100,000
or property investment of USD300,000 or Government bond Investment of USD500,000* - Be atleast 18 years of age
- Show that the funds invested are from a legal source
*Special Covid-19 Relief Government Bond available till 31 December 2021 with a reduction of 50% and must be held for 5-7 years
